Our classes are modified for every level of Fitness.    

 
 

Indoor Cycling Class

Drop-In Class - 5$
Members attend for free.

Masters Class (55+)

Mondays — 11:30am

Tuesdays — 11:30am

Wednesdays — 11:30am

Thursdays — 11:30am

Our Masters program is a 30 minute class focusing on Functional Movements that help regain lost strength, lower fat levels, and regain bone density. This class is scaled to each participant.
